本隱私政策旨在說明 SMAS.HK（下稱「本 App」）如何收集、使用、儲存、保護及處理您的個人資料。使用本 App 即表示您同意本政策的內容。
1. 我們收集哪些資料
為提供員工考勤、人事相關功能，本 App 可能會在獲得您的授權後收集下列資訊：
1.1 相機存取（Camera Access）
用途：拍攝並上傳作為請假、出差或其他申請所需的附件。
我們不會在未經您同意的情況下拍攝影像，亦不會將影像用於未經授權的目的。
1.2 相片庫讀取／寫入（Photo Library Access）
用途：從相片庫選取圖片作為附件，或在您允許時將拍攝的相片儲存至相片庫。
我們不會掃描或收集您的整個相片庫，只會處理您主動選擇的檔案。
1.3 臉部辨識（Face ID／生物辨識登入）
用途：讓您快速且安全地登入本 App。
我們不會儲存或處理您的臉部生物特徵資料。實際的生物辨識由作業系統的安全硬體（如 Secure Enclave）處理，本 App 僅接收「驗證成功／失敗」的結果。
1.4 位置資訊（Location Information）
用途：在您考勤打卡時確認地理位置，以滿足出勤與合規需求。
僅在打卡當下存取位置資訊，不會在背景持續追蹤。
1.5 基本裝置與診斷資訊（Device & Diagnostics）
為改善穩定性與提供技術支援，我們可能收集非個人識別的技術資訊，例如裝置型號、作業系統版本、App 版本與崩潰記錄。
2. 我們如何使用您的資料
2.1 身分驗證與登入安全控管（含生物辨識結果）
我們會使用您提供的登入帳號資訊及授權後的生物辨識成功／失敗結果，用於提供安全的身分驗證與登入流程。 本 App 不會儲存或處理您的生物特徵資料；所有生物辨識驗證皆由 iOS／Android 系統的安全架構處理。
2.2 改善 App 效能、除錯與技術支援
我們可能會收集非個人識別的技術資訊（例如錯誤日誌、裝置型號、作業系統版本），以改善 App 效能、提升穩定性並提供技術協助。
3. 我們使用的第三方服務
本 App 不整合任何第三方 SDK（例如分析、廣告、推播或雲端追蹤服務）。所有資料由 Smart Future (Asia) Limited 直接處理。
4. 資料儲存與保護
- 資料傳輸採用 HTTPS 加密
- 僅授權人員依職務需要存取資料
- 不儲存生物特徵資料（Face ID 由系統處理）
- 依業務需要與相關法規保存資料，並在無需時安全刪除
5. 您的權利
所有與人事相關的資料（包括個人資料、申請內容、附件、考勤紀錄、位置資訊等），均由您所屬公司的 HR 完整管理與審批。
本公司（Smart Future (Asia) Limited）：
- 🚫 不會存取您的資料
- 🚫 不會查看或下載您的資料
- 🚫 不負責核對或審批任何申請內容
- 🚫 無權限修改、查閱或處理您的人事紀錄
如需查詢、更正、刪除資料，或對申請內容／考勤資料有疑問，請直接聯絡：

因只有您的公司 HR 才擁有處理相關資料的完整權限，本公司無法代為處理。
6. 兒童隱私
本 App 並非為 13 歲以下兒童設計。我們不會主動收集兒童的個人資料；如發現未經同意之收集，我們將採取刪除等適當措施。
7. 隱私政策之更新
我們可能不時更新本政策。更新後的版本將發布於本頁面，並以「最後更新日期」為準。重大變更時，我們會以適當方式通知。

SMAS.HK Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how SMAS.HK (the “App”) collects, uses, stores, protects, and processes your personal data. By using this App, you agree to the terms of this policy.
1. Information We Collect
To provide employee attendance and HR-related functions, the App may collect the following information after obtaining your consent:
1.1 Camera Access
Purpose: To capture and upload images as attachments for leave applications, business trips, or other requests.
We will not capture images without your consent, nor will we use any images for unauthorized purposes.
1.2 Photo Library Access (Read/Write)
Purpose: To select images from your photo library as attachments, or to save captured images to your photo library when permitted by you.
We do not scan or collect your entire photo library; we only process files that you actively select.
1.3 Face Recognition (Face ID / Biometric Login)
Purpose: To allow fast and secure login to the App.
We do not store or process your facial biometric data.
Actual biometric authentication is performed by the operating system’s secure hardware (such as Secure Enclave), and the App only receives a “success/failure” verification result.
1.4 Location Information
Purpose: To confirm geographic location during attendance check-in, in order to meet attendance and compliance requirements.
Location data is accessed only at the moment of check-in and is not continuously tracked in the background.
1.5 Device & Diagnostics Information
To improve stability and provide technical support, we may collect non-personally identifiable technical information, such as device model, operating system version, App version, and crash logs.
2. How We Use Your Data
2.1 Authentication and Login Security Control (including biometric results)
We use your login account information and the authorized biometric authentication success/failure result to provide secure identity verification and login processes. The App does not store or process your biometric data; all biometric authentication is handled by the security architecture of iOS/Android systems.
2.2 App Performance Improvement, Debugging, and Technical Support
We may collect non-personally identifiable technical information (such as error logs, device model, and operating system version) to improve App performance, enhance stability, and provide technical support.
3. Third-Party Services
The App does not integrate any third-party SDKs (such as analytics, advertising, push notifications, or cloud tracking services). All data is handled directly by Smart Future (Asia) Limited.
4. Data Storage and Protection
- Data transmission is secured using HTTPS encryption
- Access is restricted to authorized personnel based on job requirements
- No biometric data is stored (Face ID is handled by the system)
- Data is retained according to business needs and legal requirements, and securely deleted when no longer needed
5. Your Rights
All HR-related data (including personal information, application content, attachments, attendance records, and location data) is fully managed and approved by your company’s HR department.
Smart Future (Asia) Limited:
- 🚫 Will not access your data
- 🚫 Will not view or download your data
- 🚫 Is not responsible for verifying or approving any application content
- 🚫 Has no authority to modify, review, or process your HR records
If you need to access, correct, or delete your data, or if you have any questions regarding application content or attendance records, please contact:

Since only your company’s HR has full authority to process such data, we are unable to handle these requests on your behalf.
6. Children’s Privacy
The App is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children; if such data is discovered without proper consent, we will take appropriate measures, including deletion.
7. Updates to This Privacy Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The updated version will be published on this page and indicated by the “Last Updated” date. In the event of significant changes, we will provide appropriate notification.
